Living with chronic pain can feel like an endless cycle. Just when you think you’re getting better, a setback knocks you back down. Charlotte, a 31-year-old mom of four, knows this feeling all too well. After struggling with sacroiliac joint inflammation for over two years, she found relief in an unexpected way: Zappkit. Here’s her story.
Q: When did your pain first start, and how did it impact your daily life?
A: I started experiencing constant soreness when my fourth child was around six months old. At first, I chalked it up to my kids crawling into my bed at night or carrying a growing baby on my hip while doing chores. My doctor put me through the usual “try this for six weeks” routine, but nothing really helped. I eventually made some lifestyle changes and for a while, things got better. But then about five months later, I was exercising and felt this intense burning pain in my hips and thighs. I couldn’t stand up straight for days. That’s when I knew this wasn’t just general soreness.
Q Wow that sounds like an exhausting cycle. Where did you go to get answers?
A: This time, I pushed for real tests. The MRI came back normal, which didn’t give us any answers, so I went to a chiropractor. He reviewed my MRI and did an X-ray and was quickly able to identify the problem: my hip joints were misaligned (likely from the pregnancy), which caused mechanical issues with my posture and caused a chain reaction through my whole body.
Q: How did it feel to start seeing progress?
A: With regular chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy, I started feeling strong again within several weeks. But then less than a year later, I got injured again doing the exact same exercise that started it all.
Q: What happened differently this time?
A: I knew what was happening this time, so I wasn’t as scared, but I was so discouraged and. . . yeah. Frustrated. Like I was back at square one. I followed my physical therapist’s advice to keep moving. That’s the worst thing you could do after an exercising injury, I guess: sitting down and letting your muscles go cold. But still, I could barely lift my knee to my chest, let alone walk upright.
I spent the next 2 days on a strict plan of mineral ice, stretching, and massage. It helped a little bit, but I was barely functioning. That’s when I decided to give Zappkit a try.
Q: How did you decide which frequencies to include in your Zappkit playlist? Did you look up specific ones, or did you go with a general approach?
A: I looked up “joints” “inflammation” and “back pain.” My playlist ended up being:
- Joint inflammation
- Back pain
- Sciaticor schias (sciatic nerve pain, just in case)
I had one electrode on my lower back above my right hip and another on my left thigh. It runs for less than an hour so I did it at my desk while working.
Q: What was your experience like using Zappkit?
A: Some of the higher frequencies I couldn’t even feel through the electrodes, but a few of the lower ones made me go, “WHOA!” I just adjusted the intensity on the amplifier to make it comfortable.
One frequency made my lower back feel really warm, which was interesting because that’s exactly where my worst pain was. I had one electrode on my lower back above my right hip and another on my left thigh, and I could definitely feel it working in my lower back. But nothing uncomfortable!
Q: How quickly did you notice any changes?
A: Within the hour, believe it or not. I felt more mobility and was able to go out for a walk. When I was back at my desk later, I did feel some stiffness again, but I kept stretching throughout the day and ran another Zappkit session later. That combination really helped. Oh, and drinking lots of water.
Q: You mentioned to me earlier about being skeptical of Rife therapy before. What changed your mind?
A: I don’t know if I would say I was skeptical, but it definitely did seem too good to be true. I’m definitely not a naturopathic or holistic lifestyle person, but I found a surprising amount of studies on the topic in the last 15 years, and it actually started to make sense.
Now, I see it as another tool in my pain management routine. It definitely isn’t magic, but it’s effective, and that’s what matters.
Q: What would you say to someone considering Zappkit?
A: If you’re struggling with chronic pain and traditional treatments aren’t cutting it, I’d say give it a try. It’s not a replacement for medical care, but it can be an incredibly helpful addition. For me, it worked way faster than I expected, and I wish I had started sooner.
Conclusion:
For Charlotte, Zappkit wasn’t a magical cure, but it was an incredibly effective addition to her recovery toolkit. By combining frequency therapy with movement, hydration, and guidance from certified medical professionals, she found a way to support her body’s natural recovery process. If you’re feeling stuck in your own wellness journey, maybe it’s time to explore new options, just like Charlotte did.
