New to Frequency Therapy

Frequency therapy is a wellness practice that uses specific sound or electrical vibrations to support your body’s natural balance. It’s inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, who believed that everything in nature, including your body, vibrates at unique frequencies.

The idea is that by introducing targeted frequencies, you may help your body restore harmony and well-being. Many people use frequency therapy as part of their personal wellness journey, but it’s important to know it’s considered experimental and we cannot recommend it as a substitute for medical care.

Welcome! Starting with frequency therapy is simple:

Learn the Basics: Frequency therapy is inspired by the work of Dr. Raymond Rife, who believed that certain frequencies could support your body’s natural balance. Explore the Z-App, read the Quick Start Guide and check out our blog for tips, insights, and the latest research.

Follow the Guides: Use the app’s Electrode Placement Guide for tips on where to place the electrodes for your selected sequence.

Start Small: Begin with one short session per day to let your body adjust.

Stay Hydrated: Drink water before, during, and after sessions to support your body.

The Z-Amplifier enhances the delivery of frequencies from the Z-App by using adhesive electrodes that allow the frequencies to target specific areas of your body more effectively. You can read more about it here.

Using the Zappkit

Setting up your Z-App and Z-Amplifier is simple:

  1. Download the Z-App from your device’s app store.
  2. Connect the Z-Amplifier to your device using the headphone jack or a compatible adapter.
  3. Attach the electrodes and place them as shown in the app’s Electrode Placement Guide.
  4. Choose a sequence in the Z-App and start your session with the volume set to 100%.

For detailed instructions and visuals, check out our Quick Start Guide.

Electrode placement depends on the sequence you’re running. Refer to our Electrode Placement Guide for more specific instructions and diagrams tailored to your wellness goals.

Keeping your electrodes clean helps maintain good conductivity and prolongs their lifespan. To clean them, Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth after each use to remove any residue. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging them in water.

Replace your electrodes when they lose stickiness, show visible wear, or no longer adhere well to the skin. On average, electrodes last about 20–30 uses, but this may vary depending on care and usage frequency.

For replacements, we recommend 2″ x 4″ reusable adhesive electrodes with 2mm standard snap pigtail connectors, which are widely available online or at most medical supply stores. A recommended search for websites like Amazon would be “2mm connector TENS electrode pads.”

Yes, the Z-App can be used with headphones only, but for optimal results, we recommend using the Z-Amplifier with electrodes. This ensures more direct and effective frequency delivery to your body. If using headphones, keep the volume below 70% to protect your hearing.

The app only requests permissions needed for functionality, such as pausing frequencies during calls (on Android) or sending notifications (on iOS). We prioritize your privacy and use these permissions responsibly. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Start with one sequence per day and drink plenty of water to support your body during detoxification. Gradually increase usage as your body adapts. Monitor how you feel and adjust accordingly. Refer to the app for detailed guidance. For more information, see the section “What precautions should I take before and during use of the Z-Amplifier?” below.

The sequences in the Z-App are derived from well-known resources in frequency therapy and holistic health, including:

  • The Rife Handbook of Frequency Therapy and Holistic Health by Nenah Sylver, PhD: A comprehensive guide integrating traditional wellness practices with bioelectronic frequency therapy. This resource explores how specific frequencies may support the body’s natural healing processes, alongside holistic insights into nutrition, detoxification, and emotional health.
  • Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL): A collection of experimental frequency sets compiled from anecdotal reports and historical research by practitioners in the field. These frequencies are believed to align with specific wellness goals.
  • Team-Sourced Sequences: In 2014, our team curated an additional set of frequency sequences. While we actively work to trace their original sources to align with established research, some origins are still under verification.

Each sequence in the app includes a source link. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of any sequence to view its source and learn more about its origins.

The Rife Handbook of Frequency Therapy and Holistic Health by Nenah Sylver, PhD, is a detailed guide to frequency therapy and holistic health practices. It builds on the pioneering work of Dr. Royal Raymond Rife and offers frequency sets believed to support the body’s natural ability to heal and maintain balance.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Frequency Therapy: Insights into how frequencies are believed to assist with various wellness goals.
  • Holistic Health: Guidance on nutrition, detoxification, and emotional well-being for a comprehensive approach to wellness.

Disclaimer:
The information in the Rife Handbook is holistic and experimental. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Users should apply the book’s suggestions responsibly and in consultation with their healthcare provider.

What is the CAFL?
The Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL) is a compilation of experimental frequency sets based on anecdotal evidence and historical research. It offers frequencies believed to resonate with specific conditions or wellness goals.

Disclaimer:
The CAFL is experimental and not scientifically proven. Users are encouraged to research and apply frequencies thoughtfully, aligning with their health and wellness needs.

The sequence list is updated regularly to reflect the latest research and user feedback. Our most recent update was in October 2024, when we added new sequences and refined existing ones based on trusted sources like Nenah Sylver’s The Rife Handbook and the Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL).

Updates are automatically reflected in the app, so you always have access to the latest programs. For more information about specific sources, tap the three dots on any sequence in the app to view its origin. Stay informed about sequence updates in the News section of the app or by following us on Facebook.

To ensure a safe and effective experience with the Z-Amplifier, follow these precautions:

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sessions. Hydration supports your body’s natural detoxification processes.
  • Monitor Your Body’s Response: Start with one session per day and gradually increase usage as your body adjusts. Listen to your body and pause sessions if you feel discomfort.
  • Follow Electrode Placement Guidelines: Place the electrodes as instructed in the app’s Electrode Placement Guide for optimal results.
  • Avoid Wet or Broken Skin: Do not place electrodes on damaged, irritated, or wet skin to avoid discomfort or reduced effectiveness.
  • Keep the Volume at 100%: Ensure your mobile device volume is set to maximum when using the Z-Amplifier for proper frequency delivery.

For more tips and detailed guidance, refer to the Quick Start Guide or contact us at zappkit@zappkit.com.

Staying hydrated helps your body manage detoxification and reduces potential discomfort during sessions. Aim to drink water before, during, and after each session. As a rule of thumb, an estimated amount of daily water intake, based on body weight without using frequencies is as follows:

  • 50 kg / 110 lbs: 1.5 Liters
  • 75 kg / 165 lbs: 2.2 Liters
  • 100 kg / 220 lbs: 3.0 Liters

No, the frequencies are emitted through your mobile device to the electrode patches, so you won’t hear them. However, you may feel a range of sensations, from tingling to mild jolts, depending on the intensity setting.

You can adjust the intensity to suit your comfort level, but for more effective sessions, we recommend setting it just slightly above what feels comfortable. If you experience any discomfort, pause the session and adjust the settings as needed.
