What Exactly is the Zappkit?
Z-App: an android or ios app that produces frequencies and offers a plethora of sequences for your convenience. Designed to be the software behind the Zappkit.
Z-Amplifier: The device that connects to your smart device that delivers the frequencies direct to your body via electrode patches.
Together these two components make up the Zappkit.

What’s Not Included:
To use the Z-Amplifier with certain modern devices, you may need an AUX to USB-C or Lightning adapter, depending on your smartphone or tablet model. These adapters are NOT included with your purchase.
We recommend ordering the appropriate adapter before your Z-Amplifier arrives. Here’s what you’ll need based on your device:
- USB-C Adapter: Required for most Android devices and newer tablets with USB-C ports.
- Lightning Adapter: Required for Apple devices such as iPhones and iPads with Lightning ports. Note: iPhone 15 and newer use USB-C.

If your device experiences an issue during this period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs.

Shipping & Returns
All of our products are shipped from Iceland. Shipping times vary based on your location and can take anywhere from a few days to 4 weeks. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. We stay in close contact with the postal service to ensure timely delivery.
