Shipping Information

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Icelandic holidays).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (Iceland): 2-5 business days
    • International: 3 business days to 4 weeks, depending on location and customs.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer two shipping options through Iceland’s national postal service:

  1. Postal Service – Small International Parcel (No Insurance)
    • Most affordable option.
    • No insurance for lost or damaged packages.
    • Delivery times vary by destination.
  2. Postal Service – International Package (Insurance Included)
    • Includes insurance for lost or damaged packages.
    • Delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping costs can be calculated from the cart and before proceeding to checkout based on your destination. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide, but customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price.
  • Spain customers: Customs registration is required before delivery. Visit Correos Aduanas for more information.
  • When declaring your Z-Amplifier in customs, label it as a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) device.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, contact your local post office first with your tracking number. If your package has not arrived after 30 days from the shipping date, notify us at zappkit@zappkit.com, and we will assist by investigating the issue or submitting a formal inquiry with Iceland Post. 

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order Number: this was sent via email when your order was confirmed.
  • Full Name: the one you provided at checkout
  • Shipping Method: Insurance/No Insurance (This is simply for finding the correct package. We will do our best to help you regardless of insurance status)
  • Issue Type: (Delayed shipment / Lost package / Incorrect tracking update / Other)
  • Additional Details: Brief description of what happened

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your Z-Amplifier for a refund, no questions asked.

Eligible for return:

  • Z-Amplifier in functioning condition with no visible damage
  • Returned within 90 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (full name and order number)

Non-returnable items:

  • Electrodes and cords (for safety and sanitary reasons)
  • Shipping costs

Inititating a Return

  1. Contact us at zappkit@zappkit.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping address
  3. Instructions:
    • Use the most affordable shipping method. Shipping reimbursement for repairs & replacements is capped at $40 USD.
    • Label the parcel as “Returning of unwanted goods.”
    • Ship to:

      • It is important that you contact us before returning anything.
    • Send us a photo of your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
    • Do not include cords or electrodes.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Banks may take 3-5 business days to reflect the refund.

Repairs & Warranty

2-Year Warranty Coverage

Your Z-Amplifier is covered under a 2-year warranty for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Repair or replacement of faulty units

Not covered:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Request a Repair

  1. Contact us with a description of the issue.
  2. If under warranty, we’ll provide return instructions for a free exchange. Once you provide proof of shipping, we will send a replacement unit.
  3. If out of warranty, we offer free repairs, but the customer covers all return shipping costs.
